SGE also offers an "exchange program" that allows customers to send us their old seals in exchanage for discounted prices on new seals. Our customers have told us that exchanging old seals for new with SGE is less expensive than rebuilding their own seals onsite using OEM parts. Seal Assemblies: T9 and T8 Southern Glasslined Equipment offers NEW and rebuilt mechanical seals (Pfaudler, Ceramic Coating) for glasslined process equipment. All rebuilt seal assemblies are supplied with all new internal components (except for the retainer cages which are inspected to assure that tolerances are within original OEM specifications.) Seal Seats: Upper and Lower Stationaries We offer new and reconditioned upper and lower seats for glasslined equipment. New lower seats are made of high-quality, severe duty ceramic. SGE also offers reconditioned seats that are re-lapped to flatness specifications of less than 2 lightbands. Upper Niresist seats are also available and come with a viton O-ring. Gylons SGE offers glyons for installation of your mechanical seals. Also, SGE can produce custom-sized gylons for any non-standard application. Spacers SGE carries steel and Teflon spacers used during installation of mechanical seals with Pfaudler style drives and reactors. |
